I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral through Telaflora and the order was sent to Johnsons Floral. I paid for the flowers through Telaflora and Johnsons called me wanting more money. All she kept telling me was she wanted to stay in business for the 20 years and my order was 150 dollars less than what they could do it for. The contract through Telaflora and should know the prices through Telaflora. She acted like that 150 was going to put her out of business. She was very rude speaking to me. I requested that the arrangement be just as I ordered and she stated she couldn't do that. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this place. Very rude and no sympathy at all. Kudos to you Johnsons for being one of the rudest businesses around

I highly recommend supporting family owned, Johnson’s Floral. I walked through their doors on Saturday as they were closing. I had purchased a bouquet/boutonniere from another vendor and was disappointed. Johnson’s owner listened to my concerns and took her time to make my arrangements beautiful. I kept her well beyond closing time, but her passion to help others was evident. I have purchased arrangements from Johnson’s in the past and they have all exceeded my expectations. It’s wonderful to have a local florist who strives to go above and beyond to make customers happy.

Picked up our bouquets and boutonnières from Johnson’s Floral. They were absolutely beautiful!! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

The flowers I received today looked like they were bought at Walmart and thrown into a vase that is too large for them. Leaves in the water and some flowers barely above the water line . A rose past its prime. On delivery. A very disappointing arrangement for our anniversary, and I'm sure not what my husband expected for the cost.

This is the remains of what we sent my mom from Johnson's Floral in Morton. It was delivered on Good Friday and this is what it looked like on Monday after Easter Sunday. My mom has vascular dementia and lives in a skilled nursing facility in Morton. My wife called and was extremely polite. The young lady who took the call said that Rose "threatened her". They actually hung up on Rose, but the phone didn't disconnect. We could hear them laughing and talking about us in the background dropping multiple f-bombs in the process. I called them back on my cell and that's when the young lady accused Rose of being threatening. How threatening an old woman walking on a cane can be, we have no idea. Rose merely said she would leave a bad google review. Young lady said people don't read Google reviews; which is not true, because we do. I asked to speak with the owner. I was told they were not there. I told the young lady that we heard everything that was said and told her that she had been very rude and disrespectful. Her response was "Are you done?" Oh, yes I'm done. I'm done giving you my business ever again. I asked for the young lady's name and she refused to give it to me. They also hung
